- At Hido Tours, we value your trust and strive to provide exceptional experiences. In the event of any disputes arising from our services, we encourage amicable resolutions through direct communication. Should a dispute remain unresolved, it will be subject to Moroccan law and governed by the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Morocco.
- Any disputes will first be referred to mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, parties may seek resolution through arbitration as stipulated by Moroccan law.
